How to Download Raw Data from a Qualtrics Survey

  1. Log into okta using your Rollins account
     
  2. Click on the Qualtrics tile


     
  3. Select the survey you wish to download the data from
     
  4. Go to the Reports tab



    Note: There is an additional "Reports" tab under the Reports tab. Do not click it. Remain in the Results tab of the initial Reports tab


     
  5. Click Share Report located on the right side of the screen


     
  6. Select Export Raw Data from the drop-down menu


     
  7. Click Export & Import located on the right side of the screen


     
  8. Select Export Data... from the drop-down menu. A pop-up window will appear. 


     
  9. Go to the Excel tab


     
  10. Check the box next to Download all fields. It should have a tick inside to show that it is selected.


     
  11. Choose Use Numeric Values from the multiple choice options


     
  12. Click the blue Download button located in the bottom-right corner of the pop-up window
