Microsoft Forms: Access

  1. Go to the Okta website.
     
  2. Enter your FoxID and password and click Sign In:


     
  3. Click on the Microsoft Office 365 OneDrive tile:



  4. Click on the waffle icon in the top-left corner to access the App Launcher.


     
  5. Select Forms from the list of apps.




    If you do not see Forms in the list of apps, click All Apps to see a list of all apps. Select Forms from that list.
