Receiving an Encrypted Email

There should be little difference when you are receiving an encrypted message from a rollins.edu address to a rollins.edu address. Mail sent internally and viewed with Outlook will look almost exactly like any other messages. There are a few differences:

  1. There is a lock and key on the message preview:
Graphical user interface, text, applicationDescription automatically generated

  2. When you open the message there is a tip bar at the top of the message:
Graphical user interface, application, WordDescription automatically generated
