Overview
This article refers to the email verification options for your Microsoft account through Rollins. When these are configured and up to date, you have the ability to reset your password on your own. These verification settings are not related to your Okta MFA.
Instructions
- Go to the email Registration Page
- If prompted, type in your Rollins email address then type in your FoxID and password
- At the top right of the screen, click on your profile
- In the drop-down, click on View Account
- On the right hand side, click on Security Info
- Choose change for the alternative contact method you would like to update:
- Type in your updated information and choose Next:
- Type in the verification code that is sent to you and click verify
