How to add a campus printer to a Rollins device

Overview

Faculty and staff have the ability to add a campus printer to their Rollins-owned device. This allows them to print directly to a printer in their department without needing to swipe their r-card to release the print job. These printers cannot be added to a personal device.

How to add a campus printer on a Rollins Mac computer

  1. Open Finder
  2. Click on Go in the top menu bar
  3. Select Applications from the drop-down
  4. Open Self Service
  5. Select Printing from the menu on the left:
  6. Look for the printer needed and click Install

How to add a campus printer on a Rollins Windows computer

  1. Open File Explorer
  2. In the search bar at the top of the window, type \\rprint
  3. Double click the printer you need
  4. Once the printer is added successfully, you should receive a pop up of the printer's queue
