Instructions for restarting PaperCut on a Mac computer

First, check to see if the PaperCut icon appears in the menu bar at the top right

 

 What if PaperCut is not in the menu bar?

1) Go to Finder 

2) In Finder, go to Applications and double click PCClient

What if PaperCut is in the menu bar, but you still can't print?

1) Click on the Spotlight search in the top right, then type in and select Activity Monitor

2) In Activity Monitor, select UserClient, click the x symbol at the top, and select Force Quit

3) In Finder, go to Applications and drag the PCClient icon into the trash bin

4) Proceed with the "What if papercut is not in the list of applications?" section

 

What if PCClient is not in the list of applications?

1) Go to Finder

2) In Finder, go to Applications and double click on Self Service

3) In Self Service, click the (re)install button under PaperCut Client

 

After install: Make PaperCut launch on startup

1) Click on the Spotlight search in the top right, then type in and select Login Items

2) In Login Items, click the plus sign and select PCClient

3) Once it appears in the list at the top, close the window
