How to create an anchor
How to create an anchor
Click next to the text where you would like the anchor.
Click the
Anchor
button.
Type in an identifying ID for the anchor and hit
Save
.
Highlight the text you would like to anchor.
Click the
Insert/Edit Link
button.
Fill out the information in the pop-up:
Select the Anchors down drop and select the ID you just created.
The URL will automatically populate with a pound sign and the ID.
Text to Display will default to the text that was highlighted but can be edited.
Title - this is optional.
Select if you would like the link to open in the current window or a new window.
Click
Save.

How to link to an anchor on the same page
Highlight the text where you want to add the link.
Click the
Insert/Edit Link
button.

How to link to an anchor on a different page
Click on the anchor that you want to link to.
Highlight and copy the URL.
Go to the page that where you would like to add the link to the anchor and select the
Continue editing
option.
Highlight the text where you want to add the link.
Click the
Insert/Edit Link
button.
Fill out the information in the pop-up:
Paste the URL that was previously copied.
Text to Display will default to the text that was highlighted but can be edited.
Title - this is optional.
Select if you would like the link to open in the current window or a new window.
Click
Save
.
