How to display a RAVE alert on MyRollins

How to create an alert

  1. Ensure that the alert mode RSS is selected. The RSS feed is a web feed that allows communication & data transfer between different websites.
  2. Select Channel: Rollins Alert
  3. Type or paste the alert description into the description box, the same you would do for email or text. This text will display in an alert banner on MyRollins.

How to remove an alert

  1. Send another alert with the name All Clear.
  2. Select RSS & Channel: Rollins Alert again.
  3. The description should read All Clear.
  4. Sending this will remove the banner from MyRollins
