How to access resources that were previously available in Foxlink

Overview

All resources that were accessible via Foxlink are now available in the MyRollins portal. This article covers how to access those resources:

• Using the search feature
• Using the tools section

How to find resources using the search feature

1. Click the search bar at the top of the dashboard
2. Type the name of the resource you need
3. Click on the resource from the drop down (ex. Degreeworks):
   
   

How to find resources using the Tools section

1. Click View all next to groups in the menu on the left hand side of your MyRollins page 
2. Expand the category that houses the resource you need to access
3. Click on the resource to launch it

How to favorite frequently used tools

1. Click View all next to tools in the menu on the left hand side of your MyRollins page 
2. Expand the category that houses the resource you need to access
3. Click the star to the right of the tool you would like to favorite:
   
   
    
4. The tool will show up under shortcuts in the menu on the left hand side of your MyRollins page:
   
   

Note: If you do not see a resource that you previously had access to in Foxlink, please submit a MyRollins Support request.
