How to copy links from tools

Overview

As users transition from FoxLink to MyRollins, you might need to update existing communications and website information that directs stakeholders to MyRollins. Below is how you can obtain direct links for tools.

Instructions

  1. Click Tools in the menu on the left hand side of your MyRollins page or use the search bar to find a specific tool you are looking for
  2. Right click the tool you need a link for
  3. Click Copy Link Address

To check the direct link is being shared, make sure "ssomanager" follows the "foxlink.rollins.edu/" section of the web address/URL.
