MyRollins is an engagement tool for all members of the Rollins campus community to interact with departments, offices, registered student organizations, and campus committees.
Essential Groups are critical to the success of the stakeholder and College, encompassing academics and registration, employment, student account services, and safety.

As of November 1, 2023, all administrative and academic departments will have the option to have students, staff, and faculty added to their group upon group creation. Users will have the option to leave these groups. If your group was created before November 1, the MyRollins team is contacting group admins to see what membership changes need to be made.

Opt-In Groups are groups that are optional to stakeholders. Those may include student organizations and other groups that are not listed above.
For users who are not required to be in a group, users can contact that group admin to be removed. Please note that when groups are set up to auto-provisioning users, they will automatically re-add members who have been removed from the group.
