How to add your Rollins email account to Outlook

Mac Computer

1. Open Outlook
2. Click Outlook in the top menu bar
3. Click Settings... from the drop down
4. Click Accounts under Personal Settings
5. Click the + symbol at the bottom left
6. Select New Account...
7. Type your Rollins email address in the pop up 
8. Type in your Fox ID and password in the Okta windows
9. Complete the MFA verification 
10. You will receive a successful pop up once your account has been added:
    
    

Windows Computer

1. Open Outlook 
2. Click File in the top menu bar
3. Click Add Account under Account Information
4. Type your Rollins email address in the pop up 
5. Type in your Fox ID and password in the Okta windows
6. Complete the MFA verification 
7. You will receive a successful pop up once your account has been added:
