New Employee Benefits Instructions

Rollins is pleased to offer a variety of outstanding benefits to full time faculty and staff. Follow these steps to ensure a successful enrollment:

  • Review benefits guide and presentation: This audio presentation will educate you on the various benefits available to full time Rollins employees.   • Enroll in Benefits: On or after your hire date, go to the ICUBA benefits website (powered by bswift) through rollins.okta.com to select your benefits. You must make your benefit elections no later than 30 days from your hire date. Failure to enroll by the deadline will result in not having insurance coverage until an election is made during the next annual enrollment period. 
     
    • Note: you will not have the ability to elect benefits until your hire date. 
    • Elected benefits are effective the first of the month following your date of hire. If you are hired on the first of a month, your benefits are effective the same day.

  • Review and save your confirmation statement: Your confirmation validates your benefit elections. Be sure to keep a copy for your records.
     
  • Watch for Communications: Check your email and mailbox for materials from ICUBA and our benefits brand partners.

  • Review the New Health Insurance Marketplace Coverage Options and Your Health Coverage: The Affordable Care Act (“ACA”) requires the College to provide all new employees with written notice about the ACA's insurance marketplaces. Click here to view the notice.
