How to retrieve a MAC address

Mac Computer

Mac OS 13 (Ventura):

1. At the top right, click on the wireless icon
2. In the drop-down, choose WiFi Settings...
3. At the bottom right of the pop-up, click Advanced...
4. The mac address will be listed next to Wi-Fi MAC Address

Mac OS 12 (Monterey) and earlier:

1. At the top right, click on the wireless icon
2. In the drop-down, choose Open Network Preferences...
3. At the bottom right of the pop-up, click Advanced...
4. Click on the Hardware tab
5. The mac address will be listed at the top

Windows Computer

1. Click on the start menu
2. Click on the settings option
3. In the settings window, click Network & Internet
4. Click on View hardware and connection properties
5. The MAC address will be listed under properties

iOS Device (iPhone/iPad)

1. Open the settings app on your iPhone
2. Tap General
3. Tap About
4. Look for WiFi Address in the list

Android Device

1. Open the menu then Settings
2. Tap About Phone
3. Tap Status or Hardware Information*
4. Look for WiFi MAC address in the list
