Open the
Outlook
app and click
File
2. Then click
Options,
on the left navigation bar, which brings a pop-up window.
Then select
Calendar,
and under
Calendar options
right next to “
Add online meeting to all meetings
" select “
Add Meeting provider”,
which will bring a pop window.
Then un-check the box next to “
Add online meeting to all meetings”
and click
Ok.
