Interacting with tickets via email

Overview

TeamDynamix tickets will send you email updates when tickets are created, and the people supporting you will send you updates along the way.

When you receive an email update about your ticket, you can reply to the message directly and your response (and any attachments) will go directly into the ticket.

Additionally, the ticket will contain a link to view the request, and clicking that link will take you to the support portal where you can see past ticket updates, add attachments, post comments, or withdraw your request if you no longer need it.  Note: If you are not already signed in, you may need to sign in then click the link in your email a second time to go directly to your ticket.
