How to use a portable Polycom kit

Overview

Polycom Kits can be checked out from the Circulation Desk in Olin Library for up to 24 hours. (NOTE: These are only available to faculty and staff during the pilot period)

Step-by-step setup instructions

  1. Take all the contents out of the carrier bag
Kit contents: tripod, Polycom, USB cable (USB-A to USB-C), power cable, USB-C adapter (primarily for Macs)
The Polycom and tripod should be in the main pouch and all cables in the center front pouch

    1. There are three length adjustments clips on each leg
    2. Open each clip, gently pull the lower portion out to extend that section, then close the clip
    3. We recommend fully extending all legs for a good classroom Polycom height.
