How to upload your photo using Transact eAccount Mobile App

Important

  • If you run into issues or have any questions/concerns about the process, please email the R-Card office with your inquiry at rcard@rollins.edu.
  • If you cannot submit via your mobile phone or on the eAccounts website, simply email your photo to rcard@rollins.edu.

Photo Requirements

  • Your photo must be saved on your phone’s Gallery  
  • Your photo must be saved under .jpg or .png format  
  • Your photo must meet the Photo Requirements to be approved

Photo Quality

  • Background must be a solid color (White or other light neutral color preferred)
  • No filters
  • Photo must be in focus, not blurry

Posing

  • No other objects or persons can be in the photo
  • Photo must be a front shot with both sides of the face visible
  • Feel free to smile! Smiling or serious expressions are acceptable; make sure not to blink!
  • No hats or obstructions of the face will be accepted
  • Eyeglasses may be worn, but not sunglasses
  • Ensure there is no reflection with your eyeglasses and that your frames do not obstruct your eyes

Cropping guidelines

  • The upper boundary is about two inches above the cardholder’s head
  • The lower boundary is no higher than collarbone (4-6 inches below the chin)
  • Side boundaries are from the top of cardholder’s shoulders
  • Photo’s length and width must be of equal size

Instructions

  1. Go to Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS)
  2. Search for eAccounts
  3. Click Install next to Transact eAccounts
  4. Open the app once it's installed
  5. Type Rollins in the search bar
  6. Click Rollins College
  7. On the next screen, click on LDAP
  8. Log in with your FoxID and Rollins password
  9. Once logged in, you should see an overview of your student account. This includes the associated tenders as well as your meal plan.
  10. On the top right corner, click the gear icon

  11. Click Submit ID Photo

  12. Click Get Started
  13. Click Tap to upload your photo to open your phone's photo gallery 
  14. Select your photo
  15. You will see a message that states We're processing your photo:

  16. You will see Pending Approval on top of your photo if your photo is successfully uploaded
    1. The Campus Safety office will process your submission and send you an email if your photo is denied. In that case, simply follow these instructions again with a photo that meets our requirements.
  17. Click Submit and Sign out
  18. You can exit the application when you receive the message that your photo has been submitted:
