  1. In a call/meeting, click the Share Screen icon in the menu
  2. In the pop-up, select your Desktop 
  3. Click Share

  1. In a call/meeting, click the Share Screen icon in the menu
  2. In the pop-up, select the application you would like to share
  3. Click Share

How to share a file (ex. PowerPoint)

  1. Open the file that you would like to share
  2. In a call/meeting, click the Share Screen icon in the menu
  3. In the pop-up, select the file you would like to share
  4. Click Share

Stop sharing content

  1. Click the Stop Share option at the top of the screen:
