How to print from the bypass tray on Mac computers

  1. In the printer pop-up, click on the drop-down that says Copies & Pages
  2. In the drop-down, click on Paper Feed
  3. Change All Pages From: to Bypass Tray
  4. At the printer, load the paper you want to use into the Bypass tray
    1. When you are putting the paper into the tray, make sure to pull the green tab back
    2. After the paper has been set into the tray, pull the green tab forward
  5. If you used the FollowMe print queue, choose to release your print job
  6. Click on Job Status at the bottom right of the touch screen (you should see it blinking orange)
  7. Click on the Bypass Feed
  8. Push the Start button on the keypad

How to print from the bypass tray on Windows computers

  1. In the printer settings, click on Printer Properties
  2. In the Paper Source drop-down, choose Bypass Tray
  3. At the printer, load the paper you want to use into the Bypass tray:
    1. When you are putting the paper into the tray, make sure to pull the green tab back
    2. After the paper has been set into the tray, pull the green tab forward
  4. If you used the FollowMe print queue, choose to release your print job
  5. Click on Job Status at the bottom right of the touch screen (you should see it blinking orange)
  6. Click on the Bypass Feed
  7. Push the Start button on the keypad
