How to print from the bypass tray on Mac computers
- In the pop-up, click on Printer Options
- Click the i next to Paper Feed
- Change All Pages From: to Bypass Tray
- At the printer, load the paper you want to use into the Bypass tray
- When you are putting the paper into the tray, make sure to pull the green tab back
- After the paper has been set into the tray, pull the green tab forward
- If you used the FollowMe print queue, choose to release your print job
- Click on Job Status at the bottom right of the touch screen (you should see it blinking orange)
- Click on the Bypass Feed
- Push the Start button on the keypad

How to print from the bypass tray on Windows computers
- In the printer settings, click on Printer Properties
- In the Paper Source drop-down, choose Bypass Tray
- At the printer, load the paper you want to use into the Bypass tray:
- When you are putting the paper into the tray, make sure to pull the green tab back
- After the paper has been set into the tray, pull the green tab forward
- If you used the FollowMe print queue, choose to release your print job
- Click on Job Status at the bottom right of the touch screen (you should see it blinking orange)
- Click on the Bypass Feed
- Push the Start button on the keypad
