Overview:
This is the fix for when a user is able to get to all web pages except for Rollins pages.
Devices:
Mac Computer
Mac OS 13 (Ventura):
- Open WiFi settings in System Settings
- Click Details... next to Foxnetv2
- Click DNS on the left-hand side
- If the DNS has anything manually entered, highlight the entry and click the minus sign
- If the DNS does not have anything entered, it should have 10.104.3.12 and 10.104.3.13 listed
Mac OS 12 (Monterey) and earlier:
- Open Network settings in System Preferences
- Click on Advanced in the bottom right of the pop-up
- In the menu along the top, click on DNS
- If the DNS has anything manually entered, highlight the entry and click the minus sign
- If the DNS does not have anything entered, it should have 10.104.3.12 and 10.104.3.13 listed

Windows Computer:
- Open Network and Internet in Windows settings
- Click Network and Sharing Center
- Click the connection (WiFi or Ethernet)
- Click Properties
- Double click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
- If the DNS server address has anything manually entered, click the option Obtain DNS server address automatically:
