How to install the Teams desktop app

Using the Teams desktop app provides the best experience over the browser or mobile device apps

1. Go to the Okta log in page and sign in with your Rollins credentials
2. Click on the Microsoft Office 365 Teams icon:
   
   
   
   * If given an option, select/sign in with your Rollins account
3. Once Teams opens in the browser, click on the menu to the left of your profile in the top right of the page:
   
   
    
4. In the drop-down, select Download the desktop app:
   
   
    
5. Run the installer
6. When it finishes installing, you should see Microsoft Teams listed in your programs
