Leaving Rollins College

If you are Graduating from Rollins College you will become and Alumni 30 days after your graduation.  This will have an impact on a few systems you use while you were at Rollins. This Site is to help you keep access to the assignments that you completed while at Rollins.

This page provides resources on how to access and back up your data before you lose access.

Rollins College alumni will lose access to the following applications 30 days after graduation including Microsoft Office. Click on the application link to see instructions on how to back up your data. Please contact the IT Help Desk if you have any questions or need additional help.

  • Electronic transcripts can be requested via Parchment. View additional information about transcripts from the Registrar's webpage. 
  • 1098-T Forms can be requested by sending an email to sas@rollins.edu.
