Leaving Rollins College

If you are Graduating from Rollins College you will become and Alumni 30 days after your graduation.  This will have an impact on a few systems you use while you were at Rollins. This Site is to help you keep access to the assignments that you completed while at Rollins.

This page provides information about the Rollins accounts and applications you will no longer have access to after graduation, along with resources to help you access, save, and back up your data before your access expires.

Rollins email address

Rollins College alumni will lose access to their Rollins email account one year after graduation. To prepare for this transition, it is recommended that you:

• Forward or save any emails you want to keep
• Updating your email address on external services that may use your “@rollins.edu” email address (such as Apple ID, Spotify, Netflix, Amazon, etc.) 
• Visiting the Alumni Portal to update your contact information: Welcome to the Rollins Alumni & Donor Portal!

Other Rollins Services and Applications

Alumni will also lose access to the following applications 30 days after graduation including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote). Click on the application link to see instructions on how to back up your data. Please contact the IT Help Desk if you have any questions or need additional help.

  • Electronic transcripts can be requested via Parchment. View additional information about transcripts from the Registrar's webpage. 
  • 1098-T Forms can be requested by sending an email to sas@rollins.edu.

• Off-campus access to library databases
