Outlook is unable to send or receive emails after a password change
Body
- Close all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Skype for Business, etc.)
- Click on the Start button at the button left of the screen
- Type Credential Manager in the search box
- Select Windows Credentials
- Under generic credentials, remove any items that say Microsoft Office or Rollins.edu
- To remove the items, click on the down arrow and click Remove as shown below

- Re-launch Outlook
- When prompted, enter your email address and password
- Select Remeber my Credentials to allow windows to save your new password

- If Outlook does not prompt for your credentials, restart your computer.
