Androids
Best Practice: Create a new user profile on your device and set the Google Play country to the United States. Follow these steps:
- Set up a new user on your device*
- Change your Google Play country*
- Add a payment method associated with the new country*
Important note: If you change your country in your primary profile, you will lose access to your existing Google Play balance and any points tied to your original country.
Apple devices
To install the U.S. version of Transact eAccounts, iOS users will need to update the Country/Region setting of their Apple ID. You can follow these steps available on the Apple website* to make the change. You should be aware that:
- You will need to redownload your apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books after the change
- You must set up a valid payment method for your new country or region
