Meeting Options

• Who can present?:
  • Control who can present during the meeting by setting this option to Only me or Specific people. This limits who can add apps and bots to the meeting:
    
    
     
• Who can bypass the lobby?: 
  • Set this option to Only me or People I invite to ensure only invited participants can join directly, and you can manually admit others from the lobby:
    
    
     

Managing Participants to Block AI Notetakers

• Identify AI Notetakers:
  • AI notetakers often join with names like "Otter.ai," "Fireflies.ai," or similar.
  • Look for participants that do not have a visible camera or microphone.
• Remove AI Notetakers:
  • Click on Participants.
  • Locate the suspected AI notetaker.
  • Click the More (···) button next to their name.
  • Select Remove from meeting.
