Body
Microsoft Bookings is part of the MS Office Suite and works with Outlook as an assistant of sorts to select available time with another person that fits into their schedule and automatically make an appointment. This tool makes scheduling meeting times simple for those looking to meet with faculty, staff, students, and others here at Rollins who have previously set up Bookings. This set of instructions is for those who want to meet with as host who has already set up Bookings and has a Booking site.
How to select a meeting time in Bookings with a host in Microsoft Bookings:
-
Go to the Organizer’s meeting invitation or their public page link for the intended meeting, supplied by the host
-

Note: Bookings may email you a verification code to submit for access
-

-
Select a preferred meeting date
-
View the displayed available timeslots for the selected day. Click to choose one of the available timeslots
