How to access student resources

Overview

The student resources that were accessible via FoxLink are now available in the MyRollins portal. This article covers how to access those resources:

• Using the search feature
• How to favorite frequently used tools
• Using the tools section

How to find resources using the search feature

1. Click the search bar at the top of the dashboard
2. Type the name of the resource you need
3. Click on the resource from the drop down (ex. Degreeworks):
   
   

How to favorite frequently used tools

1. Click Tools in the menu on the left hand side of your MyRollins page 
2. Expand the category that houses the resource you need to access
3. Click the star to the right of the tool you would like to favorite:
   
   
    
4. The tool will show up under shortcuts in the menu on the left hand side of your MyRollins page:
   
   

How to find resources using the tools section

1. Click Tools in the menu on the left hand side of your MyRollins page 
2. Expand the category that houses the resource you need to access (please see attachment for an annotated screenshot of Foxlink) 
   1. Billing & Financial Aid: 1098-T Tax Form, Account Activity (Financial Transcript), Decline Student Loans, Direct Deposit Information​​​​​​​, FoxPay, My Financial Aid,​​​​​​​ Refund Request Form, TarBUC$ Transfer, Title IV Authorization Form, Update SSN/TIN
   2. Center for Career and Life Planning: Academic Internship Registration Form
   3. Graduation: Intent to Graduate Petition
   4. Registrar: Academic Profile, Crummer Acknowledgement Form, My Degreeworks, My Unofficial Transcript, My Enrollment Verifications, Transcript Requests
   5. Registration: Add or drop a class, Crummer Registration Check-in, Look up Course Book(s), Order Books from Follett
   6. Student Tools and Applications: FERPA Release Agreement, Student Parent Portal Instrcutions, Student and Family Data Form
   7. Student Life: Course Evaluations
3. Click on the resource to launch it
