How to access faculty resources

Overview

All faculty resources that were accessible via FoxLink are now available in the MyRollins portal. This article covers how to access those resources:

• Using the search feature
• How to favorite frequently used tools
• Using the tools section

How to find resources using the search feature

1. Click the search bar at the top of the dashboard
2. Type the name of the resource you need
3. Click on the resource from the drop down (ex. Degreeworks):
   
   

How to favorite frequently used tools

1. Click View all next to tools in the menu on the left hand side of your MyRollins page 
2. Expand the category that houses the resource you need to access
3. Click the star to the right of the tool you would like to favorite:
   
   
    
4. The tool will show up under shortcuts in the menu on the left hand side of your MyRollins page:
   
   

How to find resources using the Tools section

1. Click View all next to tools in the menu on the left hand side of your MyRollins page 
2. Expand the category that houses the resource you need to access (please see attachment for an annotated screenshot of Foxlink) 
   1. Academic Toolkit: Request SPSS License
   2. Advising Category: EAB Campus - Advising Portal, Advisee Search, Report a Student of Concern, Academic Alerts
   3. Employee Category: FERPA Reports
   4. Faculty Evaluations and Self-Assessment Category: Faculty Self-Assessment Report, Course Evaluations
   5. Graduation Category: Graduating Seniors List
   6. Registrar Category: Class Rosters, Enter final grades for (starting 9/3), Change A Grade, Faculty dashboard (starting 9/3), My Degreeworks
   7. Registration Category: Release Registration Holds
   8. Student & Family Care MyRollins group: Student Care Guide
3. Click on the resource to launch it
