How to edit group notification settings

Overview

MyRollins provides the ability to choose what notifications you want to receive and how you want to receive them on a group level. The following notification options are available:

  • Notifications - this refers to the option to opt-in or opt-out of notifications.
  • Push - this refers to pop-up notifications that display in your MyRollins portal and on your mobile device (if you have the MyRollins app installed)
  • Email - this refers to email notifications to your Rollins email address. For email notifications, you can select to recevie separate emails for each notification or single summary email per day.

Instructions

  1. Go to the group that you want to change the notification settings for
  2. Click on the notifications setting icon at the top right of the cover image
  3. Select if you'd like to mirror global notification settings, mute all notifications, hide the unread posts badge, or choose custom notifications
    1. Note: You will not be able to change custom notifications unless the option to mirror global notification settings and mute notification settings are both toggled off.
  4. Click Done to save changes
