Overview
Regroup is our platform for sending out non-essential campus wide communications. Student organizations, departments, and campus committees can request Regroup lists to send campus wide announcements. Regroup list names should be the name of the student organization, department, or committee followed by the targeted audience (if applicable). For example, InformationTechnology-Staff would be from the IT department to all staff on campus. Regroup should not be used to communicate with specific members of an organization, committee, or department.
Platform
Regroup Portal
- Login to your Okta account
- Click on the Regroup tile
- Click on the New Message option at the top left of the portal
- Select Ad Hoc Message for message type
- Under the recipients drop-down, select the group that you are sending to
- Delivery method will be automatically filled out
- Under Sender Profiles, select Use Predefined Sender Profile then from the drop-down select the sender profile that corresponds to the group you are sending to
- NOTE: If you do not use the predefined sender profile, your email will go out with an external tag and potential formatting issues.
- Compose your message
- Once your message is composed, choose to save as template, save as quick post, schedule for later, preview it, or post

Microsoft Outlook
- Open your Outlook application
- Click on New Email
- Fill out the email fields:
- To field: your email address
- BCC: the email address for your Regroup list
- Compose and send email
Webmail
- Go to Rollins Webmail
- Log in with your Rollins email address and password
- Click on the + New option at the top left of the window
- Fill out the email fields:
- To field: your email address
- BCC: the email address for your Regroup list
- Compose and send email
