How to clear cookies/cache

Google Chrome

1. Open Google Chrome
2. Click on the menu drop-down at the top right 
3. In the drop-down, click on History
4. Click History again
5. In the menu along the left, click Delete browsing data
6. Make sure that time range is set to All Time and that Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are checked
7. Click Delete Data
8. Completely close and re-open your browser for changes to take effect.

Microsoft Edge

1. Open Microsoft Edge
2. Click on the ellipsis at the top right
3. In the drop-down, click on History
4. Click on the trash can at the top right of the pop-up
5. Make sure that time range is set to All Time and that Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are checked
6. Click Clear Now
7. Completely close and re-open your browser for changes to take effect.

Safari

1. Open Safari
2. At the top menu bar, click Safari
3. In the drop-down, click Clear History...
4. Change the time to clear All History
5. Click Clear History
6. Completely close and re-open your browser for changes to take effect.

Firefox

1. Open Firefox
2. Click on the menu drop-down at the top right 
3. In the drop-down, click on History
4. Select Clear recent history...
5. Make sure that time range is set to Everything and that Cookies and Cache are checked
6. Click OK
7. Completely close and re-open your browser for changes to take effect.
