Item Banks Cannot Be Deleted if Migrated From a Classic Quiz Using Question Banks

Description

Item banks are unable to be deleted if they were generated from a classic quiz with question groups linked to a question bank

Attempting to deleted throws “Console Error: presenter.js:101 Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read property ‘fullName’ of undefined”

Expected Behavior

Allow item bank deletion

Workaround

No workaround exists at this time.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a classic quiz with a question group linked to a question bank
2. Migrate the Classic quiz into a New Quiz
3. Navigate to “Manage Item Banks.”
4. Attempt to delete the Item bank, receive a JS error in the console
