Canvas: Restrict Student Access Before or After the Course Date

Body

  1. Click Settings from the Course Navigation menu
     
  2. Select Course from the Participation drop-menu
     
  3. Set the Start and End date
     
  4. Click the Restrict students from viewing course before course start date checkbox
     
  5. Click the Restrict students from viewing course after course end date checkbox
     
  6. Scroll down and click Update Course Details button to save changes
