How to add or remove automatic Teams meetings from calendar events

Overview

Microsoft Outlook has a new feature that automatically adds a Teams link when a meeting is scheduled. This setting can be disabled following the instructions below.

Instructions

  1. Selec the Microsoft Office 365 Mail tile from Okta
  2. Click on the settings gear in the top right corner
  3. Select Calendar
  4. Select Events and Invitations
  5. If you would like to remove the automatic Teams meeting, uncheck the box next to Add online meetings to all meetings
  6. If you would like to add the automatic Teams meeting, check the box next to Add online meetings to all meetings
