Note: The ability to set up your daily availability is only accessible through the phone app. This feature is not available on the desktop client nor the web version.

Click on your Avatar in the upper-left corner of the screen to open the side menu.

In the side menu, click on the Settings icon.

In the Settings menu, click on Profile.

In your profile, scroll to the bottom and click on the option that says Set Availability.

A page will open up with a list of the days of the week and the current availability for that day. You can click on the arrow on the far-right side of each day to change the availability for that specific day.

Once you click on a specific day, a new page opens up with different options.

You may choose to turn on/off your availability for that day by moving the toggle left or right.

If your availability is on, you can specify if you are available all day or only during a certain period of time.

Status indicators (listed below) can be found next to the profile image/icon and are automatically displayed based on the user's current status with their usage of Microsoft applications.
