Body
You can use the IPEVO VZ-R document camera to share notes or drawing with both face-to-face and remote students. There are two methods to do this.
Method 1 (recommended)
This method uses the IPEVO Visualizer desktop app and can be used whether the instructor writes on a classroom whiteboard, on paper, or on a horizontal hand-held whiteboard.
Steps
- Download and install the IPEVO visualizer software.
- Connect the MMC to your laptop (both USB and HDMI)
- Plug the IPEVO VZ-R into your laptop.
- Start the meeting on your laptop.
- Set the camera, microphone, and speakers to the Polycom Studio.
- Open the IPEVO Visualizer app.
- Adjust the position and focus of IPEVO.
- In Teams share your screen.
- Maximize the size of the IPEVO Visualizer app
Method 2
This method requires you to join Teams via a second computer and uses the IPEVO VZ-R to provide the camera feed from that second computer.
What this method does: allows you to display the feed from the IPEVO VZ-R doc cam in full screen on the MMC's monitor and in your Teams meeting.
