If you are using Safari, you need to change your cookies settings in order for the tool to load properly.
Videos must be less than 2 gigabytes in order to upload.
You can upload a video using Kaltura anywhere there is a Rich Content Editor box, including a Page, Discussion, and Assignment.

Within the Rich Content Editor, click on the Embed Kaltura Media icon
Note: If the icon is not visible on the strip, click the three dots at the end of the strip, Then click on the Embed Kaltura Media icon in the extended menu
Select Upload Media
Drag and drop the file you want to upload or click Choose a file to upload
Wait for the recording to upload
Click Embed located in the top-right
The recording will be embedded in the text box.
Note: You may need to wait for it to finish processing for it to appear.

Step 1: Within the Rich Content Editor, click on the Embed Kaltura Media icon

Step 2: A pop up will appear. Select Upload Media
Step 3: Drag and drop the file you want to upload or click Choose a file to upload
Step 4: Wait for the recording to upload
Step 5: Click Embed located in the top-right
Step 6: The recording will be embedded in the text box
