Outlook attachment drop-down issue

Overview

This is the fix for when the attachment drop-down in Outlook automatically minimizes on Windows machines. 

Instructions

1. Close Outlook
2. Open a blank document in another Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel or Powerpoint)
3. At the top left, click on the File tab
4. In the file menu, click on Open
5. Click on One Drive - Rollins College:
   
   
    
6. Wait for the folders to load
    
7. Click on Sites - Rollins College:
   
   
    
8. Wait for the folders to load
9. Open Outlook
10. Test attachment drop-down
