How to Update the Vaccine Scheduler App

If you have a previous version of the Vaccine Scheduler App, you should be prompted to update it when you log into the app. You will not see the Make an Appointment/Cancel an Appointment options until the app has been updated:

  1. Click on the banner at the top of the screen that says A new version of your app is available. Tap to update now.:
    1. The banner will disappear after a period of time. If it disappears before you are able to tap it, close out of the Power Apps application and reopen it


       
  2. When it finishes updating, your mobile device will go back to the main Power Apps menu. Once you see this screen, completely close out of the Power Apps application
    1. The Vaccine App opens in landscape mode on mobile devices so you will have to swipe up from the side of the screen rather than the bottom of the screen to close the app. 
       
  3. Reopen Power Apps and click on the Vaccine Scheduler App
     
  4. Confirm you have the current version of the app: current version (as of 4/19 at 2:15 pm) is v1.50
    1. The version number is displayed in the bottom right corner of the screen:
