How to Install Webex Meetings on a PC

  1. Go to the Webex site
     
  2. Click on Download:
     
    1. If you are already logged into Webex, you will have to select Download in the menu on the left first


       
  3. Run the downloaded file:


     
  4. Click through the installer
     
  5. Once it is installed, open the application:


     
  6. Type in your Rollins email address:


     
  7. Select rollins.webex.com:


     
  8. Type in your FoxID and password:


     
  9. You will now be logged into the Webex desktop app
