Password Information

Password Change (you know your current password):

• To change your password go here (If you are not logged in to Outlook on the Web, you will be prompted to log in first)
• Change password.

Password Reset (you DON'T know your current password):

• To be able to reset your password you MUST register here (step by step instructions can be found here)
• After you register your account you can go here 
• Type in your email address and the captcha
• Complete two factor authentication with either your cell phone or alternative email
• Create a new password.

Password Requirements:

• A password must be at least 16 characters in length

Password Tips & Suggestions:

• Do choose a password that is unique and therefore hard to guess. 
• Don’t use popular words, quotes, song lyrics or lines from movies.
• Don’t use sample passphrases shared in the tips section.
• Don’t use personal information like names, birthdates, etc.
• Don’t share your password with anyone.
• DegreeWorks Users: Avoid using &,$,+,%, and quotation marks
• Mac Users: When you change your Rollins password you will have to make a change in the keychain on your mac to be able to print. Instructions to update the keychain.
• Information Technology will NEVER ask you for your password, either personally or via an email. If you receive an email asking you to give account information, it is a phishing scam – don’t do it!
